I have visited a friend that has lived here for 3yrs and everytime I have come there is always pple wondering around. The new standard of apts across S.FL seem to be run by property investment companies. In general your living experience is judged by the people living around you more than the promises the advertising makes to get people in. Just never forget, majority of people don't feel like they have to show respect because the price of the rentals has everyone entitled to their own lifestyles.

THE BEST APARTMENT IVE LIVED IN IN FLORIDA (so far) HANDS DOWN !!!! Management always tends to my needs ... it's cozy ... they keep the halls very clean and the lobby organized. The amenities are nice and never too crowded or messy . Moving in was a breeze.. they are very dog loving here and always here to assist .. not to mention the perks you get just for paying rent. 10 out of 10 for me🩵

new management is absolutely incompetent and extremely unwilling to address any issues. they are renting to people without doing criminal background checks and i have lived next to awful neighbors that constantly have their bass system vibrating my wall, are extremely loud at all times of the day, and have a revolving door of people coming in and out. they also have 5 dogs that bark constantly—photo attached. it took months of begging and pleading for management to take any action. it has truly made me feel unsafe living here. also it takes them weeks to respond back to an email and when they finally do they offer no solution. there’s trash constantly overflowing and the hallway carpets are disgusting. i beg you not to live here. for the price you’re paying it’s no where near up to standard. i never write reviews but this has been such an awful experience i felt compelled to warn anyone looking to rent here. please run as fast as you can from this place.

I tried making an appointment to view their unit multiple times, but I keep forwarded to call center that somehow don’t have access to the leasing department number. If you’re going to charge Premium prices, it can’t be the level of service you provide as a first impression

Dogs barking 24/7. Management also double charged me $750 and keep ignoring my messages to figure out why that is. Apartment was also in bad shape when I moved in. Overall, terrible experience compared to what it was before new management.

The Q is supposed to be a smoke-free place but is not like that. I’ve been reporting the disgusting smell of recreational substances for a long time and no action has been taken. I understand that some procedures take time but other actions could be taken in the meantime.
The smell is all along the hallways and common areas, even impossible to spend time on the balcony because you can feel the smell coming from other units.

I’ve been a resident of this apartment c ...
I’ve been a resident of this apartment complex for almost three years, and unfortunately, since the change in management, the quality of living has noticeably declined. Communication has been poor, with many of my concerns going unanswered for months at a time. Recently, there have been several ongoing issues on my floor, including frequent outages of the lights, a broken AC system, and elevators being out of service. While frustrating, these issues became secondary after a much more concerning experience on Sunday night. My fire alarm began beeping due to a low battery, and even after changing the battery, it continued to go off. Since the system is hardwired, I couldn’t disable it. I tried contacting the after hours emergency maintenance line five or six times, but I couldn’t reach anyone (because apparently we dont have one at the moment—another significant problem). With the alarm constantly sounding, I had no choice but to leave my apartment because it was impossible to sleep.
The next morning, I called during business hours and left a voicemail but again received no response. When I finally managed to speak to someone later in the day, I was told that my situation wasn’t considered an emergency, which was particularly frustrating given that state and local laws require functional fire alarms. If a tenant can’t stay in their apartment due to the alarms, it seems reasonable to consider that an urgent issue.
What’s even more concerning is the thought of this happening on a Friday night. If it had, I would’ve likely been unable to stay in my apartment for the entire weekend without any response or resolution. This is simply unacceptable.
To add to this, I’ve been trying for months to get a maintenance request in for my dryer. For a while, they disabled the ability to submit requests online, so I called and spoke with someone who insisted they put it in for me. A month passed with no update, so I had to follow up via email. Someone finally came but said he didn’t know what to do and would come back with a solution. No one ever came back, and I still have the same problem.
It’s disappointing, especially considering how well managed the complex used to be, with prompt maintenance and a real sense of care for residents. Now, I feel uncertain about how any issue will be handled. For the amount of rent I pay, I expect to feel safe and be able to sleep in my own home, which has unfortunately not been the case.

I unfortunately feel bamboozled. I toured with old management and signed my lease under new management. The whole process of signing took insanely long and I racked it up to them adjusting to the new management. However, I’ve been here 3 months now and not much has changed. The AC is off in the hallways, extremely muggy. There is constantly dog urine in the elevators. Maintenance requests take over a month to be fixed. And there is only one working elevator as the other one has been broken for weeks now. When I asked what’s going on with it, I was told it would be fixed that day, this was a week ago. Constant lies from management when it comes to timelines. Accountability and honesty is all it takes and this management lacks that, unfortunately. This a beautiful apartment and that’s why I fell in love with it under old management.
