The Queue Apartments

What can I say about the Queue?  Rebecca and Kadene are amazing!  With any issues I’ve had, they both have been there and shown me great kindness and understanding.  Rebecca, the service manager, has handled every issue I’ve had with extreme professionalism and compassion.  Kadene has also handled all of my issues with such swiftness and grace. They are even there to lend an ear when you need it most!  At this point, I feel like they are family.  If you’re looking for housing in close proximity to the Downtown and Las Olas Blvd. area, this is the place for you!

This week makes three months living at The Queue. Like every place, there are a few minor hiccups but the staff are great at ensuring things are done with expedience and kindness. I truly appreciate the service and cleaning crew who are always so sweet, helpful, and go above to make sure things are clean and aesthetically pleasing. Kadene, the Leasing Coordinator, is so sweet. She’s incredibly helpful, answering all your questions, and ensuring your residential experience is a good one. Elvira, the manager, is very thoughtful and has a lovely demeanor. She has an open door policy and will hear out any concerns or frustrations. She welcomed me on my very first day and has been kind and welcoming ever since. As a newbie to Florida, grateful for this team. Also love the spooky decor!

Management is rude and unbearable. Very unprofessional. Especially Elvira

The leasing manager Elvira is awful. She gives you ab attitude before you even get a chance to speak. I don’t know how she is in a customer service role when she is extremely rude

Rebecca goes above and beyond for residents! She really cares. Can’t say enough good things about her and management

Just moved in to The Queue a few weeks ago and I am loving it. AMAZING, friendly staff, Clean, modern building with perfect amenities, Quiet hallways, Pleasant residents and the perfect location just a few minutes walk from downtown surrounded by some of the best dining/entertainment spots in the city. Best decision I have made to live here. Thank you, Queue Staff, for the living experience you provide.
