The Reserve at the Plaza has excellent service and professionally skilled management, concierge & maintenance staff. Hillary the property manager does an excellent job, managing the property and developing a team of professionals that supports the best luxury rental building in Coral Gables.

The reserve is by far my best experience in terms of living in a luxury apartment building, it is always kept clean, i never have any issue with maintenance and most of all gathering my mail and getting by day to day can not have been made easier thanks to 5th Ave. concierge, especially Chelsea and Oscar. lovely people, super kind and helpful.

5th Ave Concierge really helped me out when it came to navigating the reserve at the plaza, especially Chelsea who was kind enough to get the door and elevator for me! Definitely one of the better experiences i’ve had with concierge before

The reserve at the plaza is AMAZING, we were only staying there briefly but was very clean, organized, and the view from the pool was top tier. The staff there are great too! Chelsea from 5th avanue concierge was friendly and quick to help us out with questions and getting around the plaza!

When I went to visit family , The Reserve at The Plaza was such a great experience, the 5th Avenue Concierge was such a helpful addition to the staff and knowing there is someone there around the clock to help is a nice bonus. Especially Chelsea and Oscar.
