The Stratford

I had an amazing experience with my move-in process with The Stratford. Yolanda was the absolute best! She made sure we were very well taken care of from the second we met, and had all of our questions answered. The whole move-in process was handled in a very organized and efficient manner which I appreciated so much. We all know how stressful moving can be and The Stratford (especially Yolanda) made it so much easier.

The attention in the Office is Terrible. No more visits to the Property will be made. pity

Because I told him that I was looking so much and he told me to respect in the form of a threat, at what point is that an offense? Every time he passes in front of my house he keeps looking inside, how much does he see up from my house? ! I pay my monthly payment daily and on time to live in peace, not so that they are harassing or threatening me.

A beautiful place to live! The property is very well maintained. The workers are excellent people, always very friendly and willing to help the residents. We know Katia from our previous apartment where she was the assistant manager. It was because of her and her good treatment that we decided to move to Stratford. We are very glad we did it. We have no complaints.

Yolanda Prieto was a huge help during my process of moving in. She was beyond patient and friendly and made my experience unforgettable. Excited to live in The Stratford.

We lived in the Stratford for 15 months and it was a great experience. The few times we needed something fixed, it was taken care of right away. Yolanda was always a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated how they kept everything clean and everything they did to engage the residents and make living there fun.

I cannot express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with The Stratford apartments. After being given a lease and a move-in date, I had everything ready to go—FPL was set up, fees were paid, and I even purchased a renter’s insurance policy. Everything was in place, and I was ready to move in. But on the very day I was supposed to move in, I was suddenly told that my application was denied. Let’s start with Katia—completely incompetent and unable to provide any useful assistance. Then there’s Yoli, who is not only useless but a liar. She assured me over the phone that if my application wasn’t approved, my boyfriend could still apply on his own. But guess what? That was a lie too. And let’s not forget Jennifer, the property manager. She’s the worst of them all. She promised she would have things sorted out within 30 minutes, and instead of owning up to the situation, she didn’t even have the decency to call me back. Instead, she sent Yoli to do her dirty work.
It’s absolutely unreal that I signed a lease, and due to their sheer incompetence, I’m now out over $600. If you’re thinking about renting here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Unless you have the time, money, and patience to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty, find another place to live. The Stratford apartments are not worth the headache.

I've been consistently impressed with the maintenance team. They are quick to respond to requests, professional in their approach, and always reliable. This really adds to the quality of living here. The community is always clean and quiet. Pet friendly with doggy bags and garbage disposal around the community are so convenient. Katia is the highlight of our experience from the beginning. Highly recommended!
