The Stratford

I'm extremely disappointed with living here. It's simply not safe, especially for families and loved ones. 1) The entrance doors have been malfunctioning for over two months now, leaving them wide open 24/7 which is incredibly concerning. There's a complete lack of security measures - no cameras, no security personnel - making me feel vulnerable, especially when walking my dog at night. I've even witnessed a homeless person wandering inside, adding to my unease.
2) The payment system is archaic and inefficient, causing me to be double charged due to its technological shortcomings. Now, I'm forced to spend extra time paying my rent at the bank and incurring additional fees for using checks. It's a clear injustice. Despite reaching out via email to terminate my contract due to these grievances, I received no response.
3) The gym facilities are also subpar, with only two treadmills available, one of which has been out of order for over a month.
4) The parking lots are incredibly small, nothing like the leased parking. There's barely enough space to exit your car once parked within the designated parking marks
5) Numerous construction projects remain unfinished after the six months I've been living here.
6) Additionally, one of the pool entries is also not functioning.
The apartments themselves are good, and the community is generally pleasant. However, it's unfortunate that all these problems stem from poor management and administration

I got to call The Stratford “home” for 3 years, I miss it so much! Jennifer, the property manager, WOWWWW, she makes you feel like as if you were a tenant at Trump Tower! Jennifer, thank  you so much for always being on top of everything! The Stratford is resort living right in the middle of Kendall! 100% recommend!

Have been living here for 6 years and this has been the best administration, very helpful always assisting me when needed. Katia is always available and she’s always assisting no matter the time she’s the best! I’m giving a 4 just for the parking situation but other than that amazing!

I live here its honestly great there's a pool gym and racquet ball court its also really close to a bumch of stores and restaurants honestly great area. And the management is really helpful too things are done in a timely manner no complaints there!
