Gardens Of Kendall South

The most dysfunctional apartment complex I've ever unfortunately been to as a guest, took 6 spews bumps before i ever made it go the gate, (no guests allowed unless you ask the front office (no English speaking) or security guard (which he is extremely problematic, lazy, and rude) for permission the day before and they can't be over past 11pm. (See pics below)
Not only is it horribly kept (because there's no money due to a huge lawsuit the building had) left to take care of things such as the elevators and building walls(there's barely any guest parking and a bunch of empty resident parking). But it's dirty (roaches, dead ducks from residents allowing their dogs to attack helpless animals, as well as the dog poop all over the walkways, and they have huge toads outside) it always flooded from the septic tank running dry (the whole complex smells like an outhouse majority of the time), which I should mention is so loud you can barely sleep at night because ethw noise it makes.
Please do not make the mistake I witness these residents go through by renting/owning here.
