Don't move here, I'm literally stuck on ...
Don't move here, I'm literally stuck on a lease. Basically me and my boyfriend moved in October 8th. When we moved in the carpet was lifting, we told them and they said they will fix it. Fast forward it's two months and the carpet is still not fixed. Me and my boyfriend almost pay $2000 a month. They told me in the office they are not fixing it and that someone will come glue it down again. They are very rude and took me as aggressive because I am an African American Women & all i did was ask why they are not replacing the cushion on the ground. Please do your self a favor don't move in here, it's not luxury at all. They gave me an apartment with water stain in the sink and all. I wish i can move out but i have until next year.

If I could give them negative stars I would. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE trying to apply. They leave you running around in circles and their explanations/reasonings behind their policies don't make sense. Don't walk away, RUN AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

I moved in last month on the 28th. Jacklyn Hernandez made the process easy. Her kindness and professionalism is greatly appreciated. When I did my walk through I notice little things that needed to be corrected. Upton staff didn't waste anytime and showed up yesterday and the day before to fix the problems that were fixable. The maintenance crew that came out was professional and caring as well. This really made me feel like I was in good hands and not just a tenant who is going to be paying rent and overlooked when I problem comes up. I'm looking forward to whats the come at my new home. My experience was outstanding. Toby was also awesome when I came in a few times when Jacklyn was off. Signed Ms. Extremely HAPPY!
