I have lived in the Waverly SOBE for ove ...
I have lived in the Waverly SOBE for over 15 years. I'm a retired professor from UM. Recently I had some issues with the AC cooling tower that serviced my AC unit (cooling tower water was circulating hot). The maintenance staff (Joel, Pedro, and Frank) got right on the problem and corrected things within a few hours. I appreciated how everyone was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in dealing with this issue. It was a pleasure working with all the staff. Dave Ludwig

They ruined the gym and took out all the ...
They ruined the gym and took out all the most important weights replacing them with machines no one uses. Lots of expensive wasted space no one uses.
