Terrible service, horrible maintenance... My dishwasher has been broken for 2 months with a horrible smell and cockroaches coming out of it and I’m calling EVERY DAY to fix it and no one has come until today!
My sink is dripping and smelling bad underneath and they don’t move a finger to come and fix it. With the fortune we pay for rent, the minimum is to solve the things we ask INSIDE THE APARTMENT!
$2,000 dollars in rent to not have the capacity and efficiency at work!

RUN!! MOLD, COCKROACHES, DECEPTIVE PRACTICES...Dont expect your security deposit back it will be stolen. They do not inform renewal costs in proper time so it will be impossible to notify 60 day to leave unless the minute you move in you let them know you plan to leave. You will need to hire outside professionals to report any problems and fight for your right to make your "luxury" apartment mold free...this does not fix the roach issue.
To add a cherry on top they will charge you in addition to your stolen deposit. I was holding back this review as I was able to finally leave but the additional charges were too sketchy in order for us to not leave our honest review. They would need to drop the price on these units to $1200-$1400 1b/1br to make it justifiable to live there considering the skyrocketed the rent to Miami prices. Disgusting practices.
Edit: due to owner acknowledging i am adding and editing review I also would to keep note that in the office dawn was always very helpful whenever issues did need to be addressed so I changed my review from one star to two. However after sacrificing security deposit 2k you should not be charged outside additional fees such as “admin fee” 150 the deposit should cover anything and everything charging additional is deceptive considering after dealing with these issues in the apartment and paying these high rent prices every month

Daniela helped me with my apartment. The truth is that I have to say that she was very patient with me since my time at work is heavy and I could hardly attend the appointments for the procedures, but she is an excellent person, very kind and, above all, professional, excellent service.

I been living here for a little over a year and didn't want yo leave a review until my lease was over...So I just renewed  contract with them. Because I am happy  to leave here. Neighbors are nice, areas are clean  and the staff that manages the building are present monday tu saturday to help... like anywhere  nothing is perfect  you will have problems like anywhere  else  but here you will have a team to help you solve any issue to their best practices ac/ closet door / stove you name ir ..  I had a couple of issues with maintenance  in my apartment  and got fixed promptly  I rented with zoraida but every girl in the office  it's awesome Zoraida is always available when I need her and she has so much patience so is the team and when ever she can't solve the issue Don is there to to give a hand and she will always give you time  even if she is doing 4 things at once ( she is a multi-tasking genius im a witness) she will take care of your problem . Personally I like to live here because it's a nice community safe for kids with a lot of spaces for your pets   nice pools  and a big clean laundry room (sometimes i help with the cleaning so does other neighbors im telling you its nice to live here)the people on the office are not arrogant like many places I have lived before in southflorida its like they are one more Neighbor willing to help

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! CRIME IS RAMPANT!!! OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL!! I am paying over $4000 to break my lease and move out of this hell-hole. Both my car and my girlfriends car were broken into within 3 months of each other. The woman in the leasing office was forcing me to sign a lease extension with out reading it. When I asked to see it in writing she screamed and berated me. when not getting yelled at it seems the only other answer they have is "I cant help you." LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND NEVER LIVE AT THIS PLACE.
