Water's Edge at Deerfield Condominium

Nice community, amenities decent, maintenance amazing, security garbage! The gate doesn't work! It keeps the owners out and the bad guys don't care! It would be 4.5 stars if I didn't have my life threatened at the gate (trying to buzz myself in 6 times everyday)soiled myself waiting to get through a gate to a place I live! The HOA is charging way to much and nothing is returned!

Waters Edge of Deerfield Beach HOA and Property Managment is one of the best in Browar County by far. It is not every day you find a professional and friendly Hoa/property management staff that are not only professional, enforce rules, guide you in the right direction but that care!
David and Lilia go beyond their duties to help the residents! They are a great TEAM that take their jobs seriously and know that cooperation with landlords and tenants is important in order to live in a great community! We have had a couple of major issues, and they immediately stepped up to the plate to help us find a resolution.... Not every HOA or PROPERTY MANAGEMENT does that. Honestly, wish they can multiply to all other HOA and or Property Management offices across Broward County!

Lived here for 7 years. Great experience.  Staff is friendly, grounds are well kept, community is decent. The gate does suck but its mostly because people don't know how to work it.
If you are using food delivery such as Ubereats be prepared for your food to be delivered to other buildings. Almost no uber drivers could figure out the right apartment.
You get cable, internet, and pest control included. Opticaltel is the ISP and they are one of the worst I've ever had. I dont think i went 1 month without an internet outage in 7 years.  Even Comcast is better.

I love this place

I had a friend that lived in this complex and it looks nice, but the gate to get in is so messed up, you can tell they bought the cheapest one - there is often a line on the main road of people waiting to get past the gate. Like, why?

I lived in this complex for 6 years, so many beautiful memories! Very well kept community, clean and Maitenence guys are a great team!! I wanted to thank you to LILIA ROCHA, for always having an amazing attitude, extremely professional, she is always going the xtra mile for the tenants. Love this place so much I bought a unit and now I rent to a nice family.
Sad that I had to move. :/ over all great and safe place to live.

This is our new home. The security is really good and I love that the place looks like a country setting.
