Towers of Quayside - Tower IV

I stayed there for 3 years. The Place is beautiful. Staff are helpful. A true luxurious place for Miami. Make sure avoid renting unit 2003 because the landlord raise rent way above market price. They also do not return the deposit At ALL with no valid reason. I hired professional cleaners and they still deducted 3500 USD from my deposit when I left the unit. They refused to communicate. Just because the landlord is a lawyer. they are ultra calculative and always want more from you for every minor repair and never provide receipt. They are so arrogant that they don't even communicate when problem arise. When I leave this community I had such a bad after taste that I will never recommend it to anyone anymore.

Entering this building complex is torture, the staff at the main entrance has an unprofessional attitude, and there is a lack of cordiality in the service.
