Biscayne Gardens Apartments

Ive lived here for a little under a year and this has been such an awesome spot. Whole community is gated off which makes it safe for kids to play and walking my dogs without having to stress about cars coming in and out. Daryl the property manager has been very helpful from the move in process to any requests I made as a tenant. The area around gas some great local spots for food and our actual apartment has been a very nice, affordable, and comfortable spot to stay in. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for nice apartments in the biscayne area

Daryl is a AMAZING LEASING MANAGER!!! First off I just want the whole world to know that you are an AMAZING man with a GOOD heart!! I just want to thank you for EVERYTHING you have done to make things easier for me and my daughter while living in your community. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to live there. Thank you for believing in me no matter what my credit situation was. I can’t say it enough how grateful I am to have met you. You are inspiring and since I met you, you have taught me so much about life and I pray that God Continues to bless you in your life. You have a heart a gold and  it’s hard to run into to many people like yourself. To conclude, you will never be forgotten I really really appreciate all you have done and you and my old neighbors will truly be missed! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking to rent an apartment you will definitely be happy with Biscayne Gardens!

LOVED living in this community. Neighbors are very kind and considerate, never had complaints of noise. Very clean property and maintenance repairs are timely.  Enclosed area to walk my dogs and no need to worry about cars. 10/10 recommend, only moving because of a job.

This place is truly a gem! I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to live here. Mr. Daryl, you are such a wonderful person, and I sincerely appreciate the chance to be a resident at this amazing property.
