I live there in a super quiet place! This year it was possible to renovate one more roof of 9321, an action that gives us all peace of mind, external walls and pavement were painted.

Rent is too high for the quality of the apartments. 2 bed, 1 bath, for $2,000 a month. Mold on the ceiling.
There are no laundry machines in the apartments. They're in separate laundromats, and cost $1.50 per machine cycle. This is bad, but it gets worse when you notice that the washing machines don't actually properly function. The dryers don't work properly; the heating on them is broken. No pedestrian entrances or exits- main exit did not have any option for pedestrian use, and for the record it did not fix the calling booth, it simply added a button that anyone can use to exit. On top of that, the main entrance has no option for easy pedestrian entrance- only option is buying $60+ resident's card to use resident's gate, which is far inferior to the neighboring condominium which has a locked gate for easy and secure resident entrance. Not that not having a gate to begin with is any more secure- its also spectacularly easy to jump the fence! there's even a little ramp that leads to a shorter portion of fence.
You could do a lot better than to live here.

I'm giving S Winds Condo 4 stars. It's a prime location in Miami. Lots of green areas and parking. Great shopping and dining within walking distance, very accessible to FL Turnpike and I 95, also Dolphin Mall. The reason I'm  not giving 5 stars  is Gold Management company can do a much better job taking care  of this  property.
