Tribeca Apartments

I used to live here, during the second year of my lease my neighbors kids would be running like a race horse all night and the sound would keep me up. The neighbors knew about the noise and did nothing about it. I asked the manager of the building to help and he told me to take care of it myself. It got so bad I had to break my lease and find somewhere else to live. I lost my security deposit and I was over charged for cleaning of the apartment which we did ourselves. I would not recommend this place. Do you research before you rent here. Talk the current tenants.
