Really nice for what you pay

I’ve been living here for the last 7 years and if I was writing this a year ago, I’d give 5 stars. However the HOA is letting things slide. Last year, the pool was closed for about 4 months because the HOA wouldn’t allocate enough funds to repair it. The good news is it finally did get repaired, but it was a long wait. I want to say the prev Property Manager and the current Maintenance Staff have been great and the grounds always look great.
We’ve now been without a Property Manager since July, so there is no one to bring
concerns to.
Crime is on the rise, 7 cars have been broken into over the last week, Drug dealers are approaching kids on the property, offering to sell drugs. And Door Dash and Amazon deliveries have been getting stolen. The culprit is a resident who the HOA does nothing about, despite his being caught on camera and identified.
Most of the security cameras are not working and the HOA cut the security guard’s presence down to just a few hours each day.
However, this is a condo complex, with many different absentee owners who don’t care what goes on here.

Worst place ever lived. Had the reviews been honest, I wouldn't be here now. Any day that I don't see roaches is a good day! They don't care, residents don't care, stopped going to laundry room months ago, machines take your money and dog poop everywhere. Outside doors and windows filthy, absent maintenance, oh are we supposed to clean that too! What a joke!

Blessings.  I have gone about 3 to 4 times to visit family.   A super beautiful, clean place, nice staff and those who live there too.  Very safe 100%. Wow. The best.

Don't waste your time.

I love the place. Quiet, clean and inexpensive.
