Poor management by the manager Eva Siu who is partial to some neighbors such as Mrs. Flor Apto 36, who throws water wetting everything, throws garbage off the balcony causing damage to the cars parked below, and leaves at any time in the place that only Cars can enter, causing serious collisions. It also does not allow direct communication with the condominium owners.

The unit looked nice at first, but Eva, the admin/manager of the place, unfortunately will make the experience go sideways one way or another. She is bossy, controlling, and will create a menacing atmosphere pretty soon. Be careful as she will try to withhold your deposit at any cost: even if you deliver the unit pristine and neat she will find excuses to keep your money and of course she'll wash her hands saying it was her boss who asked her to do so. You're warned, don't trust her!
