Some bicycles were stolen from me in that place and the cameras never worked The tenant who likes to park his motorcycle on the side of the downtown stairs is very problematic

The place is affordable to start up in Miami we stayed for over a year but is time for me and my partner to move on, the material has thin woods and mold smell that stay on our stuff have to throw it and left to the unit is not good for the apartment. Love the neighborhood and nick the manager is very helpful. The building need TLC.

Good for the price. Close to downtown. Nice finishes everything has been remodeled.

This place for live is average. The apartments looks new, but the floor is bad quality, the noise between are horrible, even can hear the people walking. The parking is sometimes hard to find. To many time you can smell the weeds (if you're not used, is disgusting ).
The internet is including and the speed is really good. The laundry is too expensive.
The management is good.
