The receptionists work just disgustingly! They are constantly rude, shouting and generally behaving inappropriately. Nobody cares about complaints, no one takes any action! The prices are high and the service is disgusting!

6:36 pm I have to leave the pool!!!!!!!! It’s a JOKE!!!!!!! People work at least until 6pm!!!!! You pay 2500 for 1b apartment and not even able to relax in the jacuzzi after work!!!! I know ALL residents complain about it! And you guys not even try to fix the problem. You just don’t care!

Very strict rules, half of the equipment is broken, you have to pay for using some rooms for exepml a party room and you can't be in a pool zone after 6 pm and nobody can explain why.

Valet Pricing clearly states 2$ per hour ...
Valet Pricing clearly states 2$ per hour on the sign. The young gentleman working today lied about pricing and said they charge a mandatory $4 fee on top of the per our rate for “Valet Service”.
