Veranda Senior Apartments

I have a very bad opinion because the condominium does not fix the elevator and the clients here, if my father is over 55 years old lives here and is a person with a disability and cannot go down or up the stairs, it is painful for two months without fixing the elevator

Very nice apartments, Excellent customer service from Izetta La'Roy property manager. I can only say positive things about her, her service is outstanding!

My mom has kept her apartment clean and tidy for years. She has never had any issues with previous management. She received a letter from the office overnight asking her to move her queen size bed and to get rid of decorations inside her house. She is 71 years old and has back surgery. There is no way my mom can move a queen size mattress by herself. She was given a limit of just 7 days to do this and I am out of state. This is an abuse of power over an elderly community. Other residents have also received ridiculous letters. Since this is an older community I am speaking up via this platform so that people will know what is happening. There is no justifiable reason to move anything and the letter threatens that she will have to move if she does not abide. The previous inspections she had had over the years have never been a problem. It is only with the current manager.

They need to remove Senior from Veranda Senior Apartments. There are people living here who are not 55+ and with children. The section 8 Apartments do not respect the one person policy and have entire families including young children living with them and coming in and out at all times without adult supervision and have there own keys. Also there are in regular apartments with multiple families living in one bedroom. I have been living here since they built it I was first one's to move in and it has gotten so bad in terms of the element that has been moving in and your loosing good residents full rent residents.

We stopped by in to check on availability. Izetta took the time to check the area for any openings. Unfortunately, she had no openings, but I would love to live in that complex. Super clean, super quiet, and Izetta was the icing on the cake.

Excellent Manager is always willing to receive you, listen to your proposals and keep everything well organized and attentive to possible incidents that may occur, he is a person who always has a smile and that makes him greater as a person and professional. Thanks Izzeta for maintaining this relationship with Servpro South Miami and Cutler Bay, always here to help you when you need it.

Izetta Laroy spoke to me today.  She was very professional and on point.  I called to ask questions concerning an apartment.  She took time with me and was very informative.  Izetta is truly an asset to this company.  Thank you again!
