This place literally doesn’t help. I moved in less than a week ago and already got my car towed. No one told me I needed a decal or where to even park my car. I tried looking for the person who assigns the parking for days and coincidentally wasn’t there at any point. The people at the front desk of my building have been kind enough to help me out but the director of parking hasn’t been helpful at all. I had to contact multiple times to get a hold of her and she was finally quick to help out but not in the past 4 days could she help me. Seriously so upset at how inconsiderate they are

No parking for visitors, bad maintenance (never got my ac fixed), boots on the cars all the time. Front desk rarely there and they never fixed replaced my fob. Paper thin walls you can hear everything the neighbors say or do.
