This is literally what it takes to contact the association; and even still no pick up. The only way they contact you is if you spam their email with complaints on neglection. Even then the company will blame you for their incompetence. It took 8 emails for them to finally reach out to me after hours to be sent 7 copies of the same parking decal. Their system is outdated which may be the reason for the incompetence, but whats even worse is how these "Professionals" hold themselves. I wish there was less complications to just get a visitors pass, worse experience ive encountered with their "customer service"
