Bridges at Kendall Place

There is a signifiant radon issue within my unit. The Environmental Protection Agency recommends that you take action to reduce radon levels if they are at or above 4pCi/L. We are seeing levels as high as 23 pCi/L with an average of 15pCi/L. We open our windows every day for extended periods of time and we still see rapid increases in the radon level by the next day.  I have used multiple radon detectors to test that it wasn't a malfunction. The leasing office has informed me that they plan on implementing a new ventilation system to address. Which is no guarantee that this will resolve the issue. At this time, due to the dangerously high levels of radon, I do not recommend living here. Additionally, the gates have been broken as long as I've been here, which is now a couple of months. Lastly, it is hard to get a hold of the leasing office via phone or email.

I recently applied at this community and I got to say first I fell in love with the community it brought me peace and a good vibe as soon as I drove in , i loved the apartments layout but what really gave me the push to apply was the staff , they made me feel so welcomed , specially Mark , he was so welcoming , so outgoing, very well knowledge of the community and then helped me so much during the whole application process. I recommend 10000%

Went in just to check out the area. Not sure if I’d move here just because of the floor plans not being my favorite, but it looks gorgeous. It’s like a beach property away from the Keys. Mark, the leasing agent I met with, was really fun and informative. I appreciated his multiple decades of expertise in this field.

We just moved to Bell Kendall West and have had the best experience. Mark, leasing agent, made the process quick and smooth. There are no hidden fees like other apartments in the area.

If you like to step on dog poop everyday! This is the place for you :) no matter how many times you call and complain they literally laugh in your face about it! Dog owners walk around with absolutely no doggy bags and let their dogs poop anywhere as long as it’s away from their building! And office staff, Can care less.. $4000 a month Bell Kendall West is not worth your money.

This is an update to my previous review.. First of now I know why they pressure you to leave a review when you first move in.
This company sucks. I don’t appreciate that my review is being used with this new company so that tells you already that it’s bullshit!! We had to pay them over $5k to move out. Because our complaints over our downstairs neighbor went unheard.. with prove of video and other tenants complaints they still did nothing. So we moved out to a more peaceful place. And all they cared about was there money for moving out before our lease was over. Even though we told them months in advance that we can’t stay leaving here with the noise of heavy machinery coming from the downstairs neighbor. It’s one thing to work from home but when you’re building stuff and constantly banging is very rude and unfair to fellow tenants. Our rent was $2800 a month!!!
Also the washer and dryers are very outdated and they said they was in the process of changing them which never happened.. stay away from this complex!!!! Trust me.

I’ve been living here since April, and didn’t have an issue until recently. I’ve complained with the staff several times, they make us sign a contract that said you cannot smoke on the apartments or balconies but the person on the top apartment do it constantly and they do nothing at all. I cannot leave because of a lease I signed, but I cannot use my balcony with my 6 month old baby girl because of the constant smoking… this is my last resource to try to force them to enforce the documents they make us sign!!! I do my part, pay my rent on time, in full, they should keep their part and make sure every one has the same treatment. So if you’re a non smoker or had a child and don’t want them exposed to the smoke, do not rent in here!!!!

Bridges is a beautiful safe community. Jessica in the office is so sweet and so nice to me and my dad, I'm trying to save money so we can live in bridges because its definitely worth the money . They have Target right next to Bridges which would be so convenient for us. Bridges is definitely anyone's dream home 😍
