For my Villa Patricia, living here has been a wonderful experience, from the peace that is felt when entering and leaving, to everything, the comfort of the place, the security of the building, the attention of the maintenance and office staff, the hygiene.  For me this place is rated 100 out of 10. Perfect!!!!@.

To whom it May concern: The administration sent text messages 03/18/2024. They put an announcement on the bulletin board saying that they would take the registration to the office. I went personally yesterday 03/18/2024 and today 03/19/2024 at 4:35am they towed my car because the sign says to park only in front. When I arrive at the office they only respond that parking is not included in the rent. I would like someone to please answer me if yesterday 03/19/2024 at 4:53pm I registered because at that time they did not explain to me in detail that the rules had changed. So far no one from the office has given me a satisfactory answer. Simply that you are not responsible..... So who answers the questions that the tenants have?

It is a lack of respect and consideration today, 03/19/2024 time 5:48 pm, they put a notification on how the cars should be parked.  Because they didn't do it

The maintenance team integrated by Eddie, Omar and Jorge, that came today, Friday , January 12th, 2924, to work in the unit that I rent (901, Villa Patricia 2) was impressively amazing😍. They fixed a difficult electricity problem that I had in the kitchen, the  sink, that it looks now like new and very beautiful, the water mixer in the shower, the toilet tank entrance of w water device  that they changed for a new one and all the sealing of the bathtub, and more, including details that they find.  They worked in remarkable admirable way. Furthermore, they were kind, quiet, attentive to my questions and concerns, and respectful and amicable towards me and between them all the time.
The team of these three men works af if it were only one efficient person.
I’m very grateful and happy because everything went out efficiently.
I wonder if they are pay at least $25 per hour since they work so hard and are so skillful. It’s amazing to see how do they know about everything and how they have to resolve so much problems in our buildings… and some times they finish later than working hours to fix our problems. These guys are lovely 😊 🙏❤️

I am happy that they gave my aunt her apartment. In Miami, I have never seen them deliver such a clean, well-painted apartment where you can breathe cleanliness and good energy thanks to the girls in the office and the maintenance people. Waoo what attention 😍😍😍

Both Stephanie and Rita listen to concerns and I would rate both of their performance as providing five-star service.

The place really deserves credit for its cleanliness and presentation. There are always things pending but everything is fine.
