Villa Valencia

I am delighted with the designs of your buildings and I was interested to know about the existence of a property at 515 Valencia Ave, Coral Gables. But honestly, the poor treatment and bad attitude of the workers at that location has ruined my experience. I only have two names Yesenia and something similar to Yusimi. What a bad deal! What a bad attitude! They were gossiping and having a party with another man and they couldn't help me. Racists with a BIAS marking. Horrendous customer service! They almost called me a beggar and all because I was wearing gym clothes. When I asked to speak to the Manager, the very rude and stupid ones told me that one is the manager and the other is the supervisor!! Are they doing so badly financially that they have the Manager sitting at the front desk? Or is it the policy of your employees to impersonate another person? Do they know that they represent the image of their company? Well, they have left their image badly. Rude, let them know that they are working in Coral Gables and here the residents are very respectful and we do not tolerate that low class in our Community. I hope they know how to resolve this situation, because that is my path every day.
