If I could give this community 0 stars I would. I had no choice but to break my lease and move out due to my numerous complaints regarding excessive noise, dog poop and urine in the halls and elevators, screaming next door to me at all hours of the night, the fire department was called at least 10 times since I moved in and although I went and talked to the leasing office several times nothing was done about it. I have had to sleep in hotels over the past several months just to get a decent night of sleep. The Fitzgerald is not a cheap place to live. Alexia and FCI Residential are heartless and they clearly do not care about the well being of their residents as they are coming after me for breaking my lease when I had no choice as the living conditions were unbearable. Carla was the only one who tried to help me.  If you have the option to live somewhere that actually cares about its residents my advice is to choose differently as I wish I would have.

FCI Residential does not care about you, your situation or your experience with their associations. They simply want your money and for you to shut up about anything they don't want to hear about. the customer service I'm currently experiencing at their Monarch Station facility in Coconut Creek has been abysmal and simply predatory. I will not be recommending them to any of my peers and suggest you take your business elsewhere if you're expecting any time of professionalism from a rental association. Be better.

The apartments are super nice.  The problem is with the entire deposit and administration fees.  So we were not approved for the apt.  We paid for the application fees, an administrative fee and an apt hold.  They are now saying that we have to wait 3 weeks in order to get the fees that were refundable.  That is ridiculous.  If you are not approved for an apartment you should receive that money back IMMEDIATELY.  Now we may miss out on another apartment because of this.  Very very bad management.

We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for a refund when you're trying to secure a new home. While we do aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, there can be some unavoidable delays based on administrative producers, however, your feedback is valuable to us, and we'll take this into account to allow for a smoother experience moving forward. Please contact us to check the status of your refund check. We appreciate your patience during this time.

I called to make a complaint and was told to talk to my property manager. Tried talking to my property manager but was met with the rudest leasing agent in the world. She said the property manager is always in meetings so I told her my issue. Shantal was very very rude. I have never been talked to as if I was a complete idiot. I left absolutely speechless.

I’ve been a resident at the Atlantico at Tuscany community in Delray Beach since it was built in 2015. My twin boys were babies when we moved in and they grew up here. It’s the only home they where great memories were created. Sienna wasn’t even built yet. There aren’t many tenants still here from day 1 like us. We chose to stay this long because this place is our home and we love everyone from the maintenance crew, to those running the office. It’s a shame to now finally after 9 years be forced out because the company, who is already making millions each year, decides to raise our rent over $350 to sign a new lease for a year. It’s very sad. We are under the work-force housing program. This decision to raise it by that much is only to force us out so that it can be rented to new tenants at a far higher rate. It’s a disgrace and a shame. People will forget what you did, people will forget what you said, but people will never forget how you make them feel. We as a family of 4 will never forget how this company now makes us feel. Tomorrow I will be paying my final rent and will then have until 7/31 for us to vacate. I can only begin to imagine the tears in my family’s face when we drive off as this is the only home we know.

Bobby, thank you for your review and feedback. We understand your frustration with the cost of things going up. When you leased your apartment, we were current market pricing. Since then, the cost of operations has gone up, which is reflected in the rent. We are very grateful for your loyalty to Atlantico at Tuscany and saddened to see you go.

My complex has multitudes of issues : (Monarch Station) FCI contracted with Xfinity / Comcast blocking us from using good services. I'm locked into a company I despise whose service is awful and have no choice. So, add $120+ a month for spotty internet speed for more than 3 devices or regular zoom calls. That's without cable.
Add another $100 a month to pay rent. FCI passes on the credit card processing fee to its residents instead of it being the cost of them doing business. So, add that to your rent every month.
The property is covered in iguanas and iguana poop which contains salmonella. The hood of my car is covered in poop at least once a week. I called the office last week and offered to pay more for covered parking and never heard back. The new person "I've been here 3 days" was alone in the office and overwhelmed. I've had to shove 3 foot long iguanas off my balcony (with a swiffer)  just to be able to have plants. The office told me to stay off my balcony and "They were here first," when I first reported this. When I did get their attention, the lizards were on the roof, they finally called a person to trap them and made sure to tell me "We paid a lot of money." They are still on the roof and most concrete extensions/decorations on our buildings are covered in iguana poop. It's disgusting and the buildings have never been power washed.
The balcony's and hallways are painted concrete. In Florida. The paint bubbles up and gets moldy. Black mold. Dirt sticks to sticky damp hot paint, especially after it rains.
The office, over the past 2.5 yrs, has been little to non-responsive. They notified us last July of building painting and we needed to remove our things from the balcony. Apparently, it's still going on. No communication since then on this.
There is an annual fire alarm check. They email less than a week ahead of time that you need to be somewhere else on two days. Very little notice. They won't give you a schedule. I will: Bldgs 1-3 -- Day 1 8am - 12 noon, Day 2 ---bldgs 4-7  8am - noon. They should know this and say it each time, they don't.
One of my downstairs neighbors has a huge gas grill on their balcony. There was a fire in it recently, took two days to get smoke out of my place. It is still there, but no longer up against the building. I'm not sure I feel safer.
There is, as I type this, dog pee is in front of the elevator down the hall. Pet waste left around isn't unusual.
No one who has been here for a while believes anything out of the office. The things listed (aside from the grill) have existed for more than 2 years.

Thank you for your feedback and review. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, and we are sorry this did not happen. Please reach out to the office so we can review some of your concerns and understand your internet issues, since this is a first. As for the Iguanas, we have an active plan in place and will continue to address this problem. The fire alarms are tested every year, and we understand the frustration, but this is mandatory to ensure everyone's safety.

EPIC RESIDENCES- Managed by FCI Resident ...
EPIC RESIDENCES- Managed by FCI Residential Beautiful apartments and Great Location. Moved in September.
However extremely disheartened at Management’s Handling of apartment Flooding.
November 16- Ceiling started leaking over bedroom furniture. Maintenance was notified.
Roofing Company “fixed” the leak about two weeks later.
November 30- Renters Insurance DENIED claim for bedroom furniture damages due to no wind damage present.
December 5th – Front office explained to me that the roofing was FIXED they will NOT cover cost of damages.
I replaced Items out of pocket.
December 15 – Ceiling started leaking again in same spot!
Front office told me it will be another 11 days before the roofing company can have another look.
It’s been one month and counting since I’ve been able to use my bedroom. Company will not reimburse damages and not reduce/remove Rent. I am also out of pocket a lot of money because of recurring issue and managements refusal to accept financial responsibility.
Zero Stars for me.
