Village of Kendale

Amazing family community, people usually live in these homes for several generations as it is a great place to raise a family. The Kendale Elementary school is an A rated school and incredible option to start with children’s education. The grades begin with Pr-k4-5th grade, the kids learn with creativity and teachers are very involved in making sure their students thrive academically. We came in over 10 years ago and purchased a home from previous owners who lived in the home for 24 years. Our neighbors behind our home lived in theirs for over 45 years with grandchildren now. And other neighbors have had their homes passed down as their families were first time buyers. Feel blessed to call this place home.

I was at a stop sign and a woman came up to me. She knocked on my window to lower my music and I had my windows up not bothering anyone!!!!! What a bunch of Karen's !!!!!!!
