Quiet clean community

Literally the worst community to live in. The gate lines are ridiculous ur lucky if you can even get in with these cheap gates that have been redone countless of time. I’m a resident here yet I have to wait in the guest line because THEIR gate pass doesn’t work. Its actually ridiculous. A key rather then something on ur windshield would’ve worked just fine.  On top of this the association is no help at all and have the most dumbest strictest rules ever. If I were you don’t live here find somewhere better and efficient.

The community is nice. The Associa HOA and their practices, skillset and decision making is mediocre at best.

I’m grateful we have new and improved gates installed for our community though the entrance is extremely confusing for most of its guests and it feels inconvenient to ask guests who are closer to one entrance to circle around the community. The entrance on pembroke rd is currently designed as two separate lanes as if it allows guests to enter which causes the confusion in the first place. Though residents understand that guests cannot enter through that entrance the goal should be to improve and secure access to the community without causing additional traffic congestion and inconvenience to the residents. I hope that they will be able to adjust this in the future. It has been nice to see the improvements that have been made to my community in the past 20 years.
