Scheduled a tour on a Saturday only to arrive to the leasing agent with an attitude informing she showed no record of the tour and that the office closes at 5 pm on Saturday.  I showed my confirmation and she continued to speak rudely to me as if I were a child.  I arrived at 4 pm and the office closed at 5 pm why couldn't she come off the computer shopping on Amazon to accommodate a potential new resident?  The first impression was my last and I will not be spending my money in a community with employees like this.  I was able to ride around the community to get a visual.  I witnessed extremely tight parking with many cars parked in the road as well as excessive trash build up.  I observed one trash compactor for this very large community (ridiculous).  I spoke to one of the residents who explained to me that the apartments are roach-infested and that management is poor. The resident expressed that parking is ridiculous and most times there's no parking for residents. With all of these issues, I have decided I get a much nicer property for the same amount being charged here.  Any potential tenant make sure you exhaust all other properties before you waste your money on this trashy property! 2/26/25
Again of course you would come on my post to deny what I actually saw.  There is no confusion I know which property I went to and had this experience. The property and website are trash and I would not advise anyone to consider this property! You can't tell me what my experience was! Were you there when I came through the guard gate to experience the rude leasing agent? Hell no you were not! I would tell any potential resident to simply drive through the property for yourself and see the one trash compactor for the entire complex and the parking issues.  Scroll through all the reviews and you will see similar issues and concerns listed.  The manager that responded to review is joke!

I moved in 2 months ago and it has been a very pleasant experience. The leasing process was fast and simple, the staff is amazing! My apartment is spacious and updated, the rent specials top any other community out there! I highly recommend leasing at Pembroke Pines Landings!

It has been very disappointing living here. It all started very well and within 3 months it went down. We have neighbors that are constantly fighting, yelling, kicking the kids out in the middle of the night. Just a couple of nights ago they basically threw out one of the kids & he was kicking the door so hard it caused dents. The cops are constantly here due to people fighting, the trash is always all over the ground, there's kids running around all hours of the night, the appliances are always breaking down, there is trash ALL over the community...This place is a nightmare. We also just found out that the majority of renters here are under section 8, we wish we would have been told when applying. It would have made a HUGE difference in our decision to move here. Please save yourself the trouble and do not move here.

Dennis Valentin was absolutely amazing! He resolved my issue expeditiously with a great attitude, and a brand new dryer that eliminated the back and forth dilemma. Dennis represents this company extremely well and I am very pleased. Kudos to Dennis!!!
