I have been living here for awhile and no issues so far but just wanted to mention that the maintenance guys Steven and Geyler are a very good team always working on keeping the place clean as well as they are always here for you in whatever you ask them to do .

Steven & Geyler are great people in the maintenance team! Whenever I needed help I always got in touch with them and they would always help me out in a professional manner! Highly recommend asking for these two for any maintenance work!

It is a very nice condo with excellent maintenance, the spaces are very clean and well maintained. The new association has much better attention and willingness to resolve issues with the residents of the condo.
