A terrible experience with them. I don't recommend them. They don't answer your calls and when you go there they don't care what you tell them.

The negative reviews others have written regarding this management company  are 1000% accurate.  Neighborhood Property Management had numerous complaints on google reviews in which they removed their google page recently that shows everyone has the same complaints against them.  It would be better to self manage this company is a nightmare.

I would not recommend this property management company to anyone. My experience with them has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, communication has been extremely poor. I have had to follow up multiple times on simple requests. nobody picks up the phone so you have to go in person and ask for everything. The people are rude and not helpful. Overall, this property management company has been a nightmare to deal with. Their lack of professionalism and poor communication skills make them completely unreliable and untrustworthy.

Not sure how this management company has any stars, unfortunately it forces you to choose a rating. I choose zero stars. I've been calling for over 2 weeks, left messages on every extension available on their phone system, sent numerous emails and multiple efaxes, and never once did I get a call or email back. I don't see how HOA's would even want to do business with this alleged company.  I'm filing a complaint with the State as I suspect something illegal may be going on since there is no live person returning any calls.

There should be an audit and a investigation into how the money is being handled at Villas of Miami Lakes Condominium  A.S.A.P. The discrepancy is more than interesting.

Looks nice and clean but i was going to buy a condo here on 2nd floor and they do not allow dogs, only on ground floor. How stupid is that. I have a small dog. Also so many rules for balconies and most on first floors dont look nice at all.

The board is terrible so is the board.
