Former residence: 9144 W Atlantic Blvd Apt 817, Coral Springs, FL 33071. Issues:
1. Gates always open, defeating security.
2. Callbox access troubles, system failures frequent.
3. Chronic garbage pile-up due to compactor issues, causing odors.
4. Ground-floor plagued by duck excrement.
Lease: Feb 9, 2023, to Feb 9, 2024 (moved out Feb 6).
Agent's unresponsiveness led to 2-4 week delays in resolving issues. Provided false contact information initially.
Maintenance:
1. AC unit odor; uncleaned system discovered (ultimately resolved).
2. Bedroom doors stuck, worsening over time.
3. Poor-quality renovations evident, with uneven shower and faulty sink installation.
4. AC breakdown near lease end led to mold growth, unaddressed by agent.
Feb 10, 2024 walkthrough: Agent demanded cleaning and repairs, I refused to pay due to issue cause by agent negligence.
Feb 24, 2024: Agent promised deposit return, despite doubts, possible litigation to ensue if not returned in full.
Advice: Beware of potential mold issues; seek thorough inspection.

Very poor management. Very poorly kept, no locking gates all around the complex. They towed a neighbors vehicle  due to a tag that was expired for two weeks. Meanwhile there are lots of people that don't have their cars registered with office and are repeat offenders and only get the Violation sticker on their vehicle. Earlier this year a person was held at gunpoint towards the back, and not even that situation made this management fix their non locking access to complex. Stay away if you find somewhere else to live.

Cool scenery

Only giving a 3 star till they fix the pool being closed for over 6 months and tenants still have to pay this in there rent. My sister hasn't been able to use the pool forever.
