very rude customer service!! i had an appointment to see an apartment at 10:45am and i got there at 10:20am i was at the leasing office. i tried to get in and couldn’t. i saw 2 ladies in there and they were just looking at me without opening the door. they didn’t come to the door or anything

Worst experience ever. If you are trying to move here, be prepared to deal with stress.

Application process was fairly easy. Got approved overnight and was able to move in same week. Alex from leasing was great and helped facilitate an easy move and I found the property gorgeous when I first toured with Moni. Now as a resident, I love it even more. Great experience overall.

My family went to visit a friend for a holiday get together over the weekend (12/15/2024) and while the building and main area was very nice, we were disgusted with a strong odor of what appeared to smell like marijuana in the elevator and throughout the 4th floor. We observed no smoking signage all over the building and was shocked that the brand new apartment building would allow tenants who smoke this type of substance or any other substance. I will not come back with my children as it is not safe for their little lungs. Please fix the issue so we can return to safer environment. Thank you for listening!

I really had a very good experience in conjunction with the service provided by the staff. The facilities of the building are excellent, each unit has its charm, from the lobby to the pool, the gym, conference room, among others. The place is also very well located, in less than half a mile you have everything. The prices of the units are good and every detail is excellent. Although things did not go well for me and I do feel sad about that, I want to emphasize the help that the staff gave me at all times and I do recommend this place and invite people who are interested to take some time to see the units and in the future I would really like to be part of this community.

My honest review about my experience the staff is doing the best they can it seems like the backend  is not sure how to do their job or even approve/ offer to potential residents they are offering options then changing their minds then they tell you it’s miscommunication, really! As business owners or self employed the options are not accommodating. After a week of miscommunication I would say to all new residents or potential residents be aware you might get a run around from this company. If you get preapproved with them don’t waste your time trying to negotiate any deals with them they don’t keep their word. As far as I can see it’s a great looking apartment spacious enough but the run around is not good that I received from them! Now I have to wait weeks to get my $975 back for the miscommunication I was given kind of unfair!!!

Excellent customer service from Alex. We enjoy his attention, and his advice. Nice apartments, nice location, and the service A+.

Don't let the bs reviews fool you.  It's next to a shitty mall and is very expensive for small units
