I have been living at Vista Verde for ma ...
I have been living at Vista Verde for many years, it was great until more people that refuse to clean up after their pets started moving in, It is so offensive and disgusting. Imagine having to walk to check your mail and nothing but dog crap on the grass and side of concrete . I have complained multiple times and sent evidence of this kid of behavior and nothing seems to have changed. Lots more dog crap all over the property especially in the back where the grassed area is. Seems like this is a dog park area for some of these residents . I just cannot understand as a pet owner some of these people think its ok not to clean up after their Pets. The size of the feces is unbelievable . I miss how this place used to be less dog crap and cleaner property . Imagine a public PARK cleaner than where you live how sad .The grassed area is supposed to be area for kids to play , family can sit by the grass and enjoy the fresh air.

‎We are committed to maintaining a clean environment, with our maintenance crew cleaning the property multiple times a day. Despite reminders to pet owners about cleaning up after their pets, there continue to be issues with pet waste, especially in the grassy areas. This affects the overall quality of the community, and we encourage all residents to take responsibility. I am a tenant and for the money I am pay ...
I am a tenant and for the money I am paying for this apartment, they should have invested in elevators for their older population and the parking is horrible
