Vista Verde at Sunrise

We recently took a tour of the property and really pleased with the experience. Nidia has been so patient with us and thoroughly accommodated all our requests, she spent time showing multiple units and really been supportive.

We recently moved and we are very happy with the place. Nidia has been excellent and has helped us throughout our moving process. Super recommended!

I love living in Vista Verde, we are happy and grateful and I want to highlight that the staff who work both in the offices and in maintenance are pleasantly polite and provide good service. Mrs. Nidia is very nice, polite and helps us with everything we need and Mr. Luis from maintenance is a very nice and helpful person.

I was coming from work and walked in for a brochure  and nothing else and she insisted that I do a tour and it was love at first sight with the kitchen cabinets, flooring, ac touch screen, keyless entry it was so perfect that I barely even want to add anything to my apartment❤️

Moving days can be hectic, but the team at Vista Verde Sunrise turned mine into a breeze! From the moment I first walked in, I was greeted by genuine smiles and helpful hands. Every question I had, no matter how small, was met with clear explanations and insightful recommendations. Special shout-out to Rodolpho (Manager) who guided me through the paperwork jungle with patience and humour. Then, boom! Sharell, with her apartment-matching superpower, and keen eye found me the perfect apartment with a balcony that screams morning coffee and the perfect view.
I haven't even moved in yet, but I already feel like part of the family here. Thanks for making this transition so smooth and exciting!

This property is one of the best I’ve ever seen. This luxurious property is stunning with all the amenities it has to offer. Sharell and Nidia are the best they gave excellent service every time. ✨

I recently had a terrible experience with this complex that turned out to be a scam. They took my $500 deposit, changed the terms without notice, and are now refusing to refund it. It's important to be cautious and do thorough research before trusting any apartment complex. Stay away from this one to avoid being scammed like I was.

Please please please please doooo not apply here . Forget the move in DONT APPLY sherrell horrible from the start doesn’t remember your name or application. Doesn’t follow up they do not remember anything or help and Vivian is extremely rude I understood them but they don’t understand you. Which shows me if you move in they will have problems with management sherrel can only show you the apartment nothing else cause she is not allowed access that’s says enough good luck guys I wasted 300 dollars
