I moved in December and Nidia has been very helpful since day one. I’m grateful for the Vista Verde community everyone is helpful, professional and nice . The community is very quiet and secured and I love that !!!!!! Thank you so much Vista Verde for the best home experience ever .

It is a beautiful condominium, we have just been there for 1 month and we love living here, the facilities are first class and very comfortable, we have everything for us and our children (swimming pool, gym, children's room, office, recreation, etc.) Special mention deserves Ms. Nidia, who is very attentive and helpful, she resolves all our concerns in the shortest possible time, sometimes at the same time we ask her to, very efficient, it is a pleasure to be well supported

There is a person that lives there and that person needs repairs! And those repairs are a great liability and they do not seem to understand that for some reason! Why does something have to happen in order for any thing to be resolved thanks and God bless

Staff is rude and disrespectful management is money hungry any place that has to pay for visitor parking is ridiculous. No hospitality, no garbage pick up , if you ever are late on your rent, which happens you have to pay a legal fee and late fee. Ridiculous. Do not move here.

Do not move here , please adhere to this WARNING ⚠️. They pay profiles to write positive comments because the influx amount of negative comments. Staff is rude and will find anyway to collect money. Do not move here please . Definitely went door to door and more residents will be writing personal reviews.
