Federation Landings

I have a family member staying there, I spoke to the manager and addressed some issues that he was having and she gave me an Indifferent attitude, Is my opinion that people that  work with seniors and  elderly should be kind and  compassionate even  with family Members.

I applied there in 2012, and I still don't have a place. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. They do not send updates on your status. I am being discriminated against because I use a wheelchair.

There is no website for them but one of the sites I found had them listed as 55+, they are actually 62+ with a minimum of a 3.5 year waiting  period. Besides that the woman who answered the phone was Very rude and sounded like she was reciting a script. She couldn't even answer my questions, like she wasn't even listening. This is the last place i'd trust to take care of my Mother-in-law.
