Coral Vista

My first visit at Coral Vista, Stefane was very welcoming, made my visit feel like home.  She explained everything I needed to understand about each apartment that’s was shown and the environment.  Jennifer is the definition of customer satisfaction and very resourceful.  She helped me when I was unsure about things on the application or emails that was sent. She makes sure that I followed each steps on getting everything setup before my move.  I would like  to express myself  “thank you” both  for your kindness and support.

Love the community, I wanted to move but decided to stay because of the manager, Stefane. This environment is very accommodating and best fits all my needs.

I would like to express my gratitude to the new maintenance supervisor Mike Perez.. he has been on top of every order I’ve submitted within a timely manner. He has gone above and beyond to help ensure that my family was taken care of from some issues we have had with the previous maintenance supervisor Pablo who use to open and close my request without any service being done. Thank You Mike for coming to Coral Vista and being so attentive to the tenants and their needs. We need more people like you! Thank you as well to Jennifer and Henry who have alway been there to help me with any concerns I’ve had. This team is greatly appreciated!

Jennifer, Henry, & Stefane were extremely helpful with my new apartment. They gave me a whole bunch of information that I needed to help me make my decision with my new home. Most importantly, the apartments are newly renovated and the community in general is always well taken care of. I give Coral Vista a 10/10. Thank you Jennifer!

Pablo, Leo and William are a great maintenance team

The staff at Coral Vista is very phenomenal,But my favorite is Jennifer:) Great service all the way around. Extremely helpful and I appreciate her dedication towards helping others.
