Washington Square Apartments

Very nice apartment building, with nice clean facilities and a very quiet environment, very close to the train station, easy to get to the city center and many points of interest, a nice place to live

I am very pleased to be a tenant of this building. The staff is excellent, the office when I ask for a service, they do it quickly.
The cleanliness is excellent, from the moment you enter the building it smells clean, there is no garbage, thank you Brenda, your work is great.

The building is very beautiful, very well painted, inside it has a lobby with furniture, everything is very well organized, very clean, the apartment shines. It really is very cozy, I really recommend it to live. On the ground floor there are offices and other things.

I'm currently livein at Washington Square apts I'm going into my second year it has been a pleasure  it's always clean guite everyone is frendly I have nothing to complain about a couple of times I need Ed small jobs in my apparent they we're done right away let's keep up the good work

I stopped by this property to get information about renting an apt for my mom and the manager was very helpful, the office smelled lovely and I hope that my mom will get to be a resident.

I'm a resident at Washington Square apartments and I can say I feel at peace living here. The building is well kept and smells amazing all the time. The staff is very professional and Gema the manager is very attentive to the needs of their residents. I'm not planning on moving out anytime soon!
