If you lease, the association wants a full month for a deposit. Plus the usual 3 to get in. Ask for a deal, pay only first months and a deposit. They don't need a full months rent as a deposit, it is already a scam to start.

honestly i been working here for 4 month ...
honestly i been working here for 4 months already an i work as 3 things Valet attendant Security and Concierge in One Tequesta point an i am already loving every single one the residents everyones very nice an polite i highly recommend this comdominium. my self and the rest of the Staff make sure we satisfy all residents needs an service. customer service is my number one priority
