This review is solely based off of the new office management. Absolutely zero remorse for Apt owners and the issues that need to be resolved. it takes days to hear back from the office. you can’t get past escalating issues. truly a pain and disturbance to go through all this when you pay as much as you do. do better.

A clean and well maintained place.

I lived one year in this building. I love the area and management was always nice. Free guest parking. Oh, but only one parking spot per unit. If you need more, they offer you to get a membership in LA Fitness which is right across the street. I did that and it worked fine for me. The only thing you should be aware of, the garbage company comes to pick up trash around 6:40AM sometimes (can be 2 times a week) and it is very loud! I lived on the first floor so they always woke me up. (But i think you can hear it up to 5th floor for sure) And the problem is that the management can’t really do anything about it, they tried sending letters to the city, but the company runs their own schedule and there’s no way to change it.
