Great community. My daughter lives in the same condo she grew up in. I recently bought a unit in the same building as my daughter's for investment and it was one of my best decisions.  The complex has everything you might like. 2 pools 1 is heated. Dockage for a boat with ocean access and so much more.

Great management and community

Worst management office. The washers and dryers have been broken for months. Now they are towing cars that don't have the guest pass, but then they are not available in the office to resolve the issue. Makes no sense. It's a shame because it's a beautiful place, but management has really brought it down. Also, the HOA fees are way higher than any other condo. It's sad because as owners and residents we feel taken advantage of and definitely mistreated. Zero stars.

The worst apartment complex to ever live at. They tow your car for any or everything.

Horrible place with terrible management and board. I purchased a unit in this complex.  From day one I knew I made a mistake,
After about three weeks there was a knock on my door at about 5pm.
It was the maintance department and they told me not to go on my patio as there were rebar problems. The next day I went to the management office to see what was going to be done as one of my dogs love to sit out on the patio.  The president of the condo was there and said "your dog is small so she will not make it crash".  This was not what I expected,  I waited a month and had not had anyone ever look at the problem.  I put my unit up for sell.  Someone finally came any looked and yes there were problems in three area's of the patio and I would hear from them. Four months later when I closed on the unit I had still never heard anything.
Don't but or rent here.  Maintenance is very high for only partly coverage of reserves, nothing is ever repaired. The roadway is not paved, there is no security. The washer and dryer in building is always broken and people are not nice.
