Great place to live. Great location, beautiful place with water access to the ocean.  Great location to major highways, airport, ports, hospitals, beaches and shops.

Great community. My daughter lives in the same condo she grew up in. I recently bought a unit in the same building as my daughter's for investment and it was one of my best decisions.  The complex has everything you might like. 2 pools 1 is heated. Dockage for a boat with ocean access and so much more.

Great management and community

Worst management office. The washers and dryers have been broken for months. Now they are towing cars that don't have the guest pass, but then they are not available in the office to resolve the issue. Makes no sense. It's a shame because it's a beautiful place, but management has really brought it down. Also, the HOA fees are way higher than any other condo. It's sad because as owners and residents we feel taken advantage of and definitely mistreated. Zero stars.

The worst apartment complex to ever live at. They tow your car for any or everything.
