Welleby Lake Club Apartments

I would give 5 stars but new management that took over after I signed my lease were all about money. Initially I found this place it was a hidden gem, nearby to shopping center, Welleby park very family friendly I had just had a baby. The woman that used to work there was very helpful and friendly, provided me with a great price and smooth move in process. About two months later they were bought out by another company. To renew my lease they asked for double the amount I was paying. They kept my deposit and charged me for routine maintenance they would do to any apartment after move out. My partner actually did turn overs for apartments. We had a cleaner professionally clean the apartment once all of our belongings were moved out. They charged me for bulk trash when on a regular the trash was over flowing, we didn't throw out any large items or furniture, they charged me for carpet cleaning which is done anyway, they charged me for vinyl replacement although I put in work orders for it through out my stay being it was lifting when I moved in. I even followed up after the walk through and was told I should be receiving my deposit within 3-6 weeks. They are greedy and money hungry. I am honest, I loved my apartment it did not even come with a microwave yet stamped “luxury”. It was very basic but comfortable and spacious. Management- 4/10 Location- 9/10 Maintenance- 6/10 Apartment itself 7/10

While living at Welleby Lakes Club, under the new management, was an absolute pleasure. The community has improved and is beautifully maintained, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center made it a great place to call home. My apartment was spacious and well-designed, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly. The management team was always responsive and caring. Highly recommend this property.

I just moved in and it’s been great. Cristian was the leasing agent that assisted me during my process of looking for an apartment and he was great. He really listened and answered all of our questions and concerns. I love the area and the amenities it comes with. Cristian was very thorough and explained every very professionally and was super helpful from the beginning. I didn’t think I was going to move in but I ended up moving in within a week of visiting the complex. I didn’t feel pressured or anything and I truly had a great experience moving in. There were a few things that didn’t work when I moved in to my unit but they have an app and it’s super easy to put in a request for it to be fixed. I’ve put in 3 request and they have all been fixed and resolved the same day. I’m grateful for their support and patience since it was my very first time moving out of my parents house. The application process was all electronic and super easy to complete and I’m overall very content with living here:) thank you Cristian for everything!

I have been living at Weeleby for 3 years already. I am happy with the new owners , maintenance and office team. It have been several improvements in our community. Happy with the gate, so far the residents are learning how use the gate, still some doing tailgating but is working well. I recommend Welleby apartments to live .

I had the pleasure of working with Blanca since I moved in a year ago. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Great place to live! Blanca made the process very easy. I’ve lived here for 7 months and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Safe, quiet, clean, and feels like home here. Maintenance is quick and responsive.
