Excellent work and prompt response from Ralph, our Maintenance Manager. Our washing machine was broken, solved our issue in a matter of hours !

This place is a total scam. I’ve been waiting for the refund of my application fee for over 60 days. At first I was getting the runaround (my check was “lost in the mail”) and now I am being completely ignored. They don’t return my phone calls and my numerous emails have gone unanswered.

Dear Emily, Ralph, Flory, Audrey, Carlos, Brady and Omar, Thank you so much for all the support and help you all provide always. You make this place a home for us. Issues are always addressed and taken care of. Emily and her team in the office are always there to help and support with her smile. And Ralf and his team are always there with a smile to get the work physically done. Ralf will personally check issues up too, along with Emily. They are a great team! This is the 5th year we are here and love it here.
