The place tows cars even if they’re in their assigned reserved spot so the towing company can make a quick buck. Then they gaslight the owner and do it again.

I went to visit a property for sale here ...
I went to visit a property for sale here and it looks like the HOA association has abandoned the property. The gates were broken and the pool was dirty and non functional for who knows how long. Doesn’t seem livable or safe.

Is there anyone using a transponder for parking because I am new in this community and the messy association is forcing us to buy the transponder otherwise out cars will be towed and I don’t see a private gate at front 🤔🤔
