Front gate visitor entrance is staffed by unprofessional non-responsive staff. It will take longer than 5 minutes to get a response just for it to go silent for another 5-10 minutes. It feels like your talking to a wall. Meanwhile cars are piling up behind you, and becoming a hazard on the main road. I wonder if they keep visitors waiting on purpose.
