Windsor at Doral

The maintenance staff makes an extraordinary effort to cover all obligations, and they do it with the greatest love and dedication, I want to especially recognize Alain Roble, he is the soul of this building, he is everywhere, and doing everything for everyone, it is simply supernatural what he is capable of doing hahaha, wherever you go you will see him in action and always with a big smile, and an extremely respectful attitude, but the building has very few cleaning and maintenance staff, which results in them not being able to cope Keep all areas up to date and requirements on time. I have lived in this building for 8 years and in the last 4 years it has deteriorated a lot for that reason, it is a shame since the building is a very nice place with very well thought out spaces for the whole family, pleasant to live in, but without adequate maintenance it has been deteriorating, the rents are high and they should not skimp on hiring enough staff as was done previously. A few months ago there has been a change of administration and it seems that these things are being improved. We are very pleased that thanks to this new administration by Miss María and Mrs. Ruth, the Winsor community is little by little shining again and we believe that it will once again be that place that makes us feel like we are at home.

Visited the property today. And it truly is a beautiful, clean, and well maintained place to live. The office and management staff are extremely helpful and professional.

Ended up moving here because of the location and building, but overall had a terrible experience during the move in process. Most of the staff was unhelpful and rude, getting in contact with them was almost impossible, and the Windsor management company (who you get connected to), knows nothing about the property. I had to have them redo the lease multiple times because I kept catching errors. I have 3 pages of maintenance requests upon move in and continue to have issues that haven’t been resolved (maintenance guys are really kind). This doesn’t cover all the headaches, but buyer beware that moving here will likely bring headaches. Unfortunate!!

Just moved in this week and will update throughout lease. Initial tour and walk thorough was very enjoyable. Leasing agent "RC" was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-experience focused.  Good amenities all around for the price: gym, pool, lounges/conference rooms, all clean and maintained. Mail room, mail lockers and amazon lockers are safe, lit and video monitored. The 2bd/2ba I rented has more room than others I toured in Doral for the price point. Assigned garage parking was a little bit difficult when I moved in, but was quickly remedied by RC in 24 hrs. After 3 nights, some louder than normal foot traffic and boisterous discussion in the early evenings, but nothing out of the ordinary. Average construction or home improvement noise levels in other apartments during day, very tolerable. The apartment was well maintained with only a few minor issues on the pre-inspection sheet. Overall, a good start (my 14th apartment) and I think this should be a good fit if all continues. I would recommend looking here and touring a vacant unit if you're focused on being near downtown Doral. I'm satisfied so far.

The building and garage always smells like weed! The management is a pain; because “they’re never wrong.” Your packages get lost and there is no follow up by management. They want to be a luxury building but are far from it.  They let anyone live here plus there are Airbnbs. The serenity pool is always filled with screaming teens or children. The serenity pool is only for adults. The paint used in the apartments is the cheapest paint they could get. I have lived here since 2023 never a late payment up until now I asked to pay in 2 installments and as a one time courtesy wave the late fee. I was told even if it was my first time being late the $369 fee will not be waved. I will not be renewing when my lease is up. And the office is always closed for whatever reason.
