The Manor at CityPlace

My wife and I lived at Manor for 30 months (two 15 month leases), and had a pleasant experience. Apartment living comes with the Pro's and Cons anyone who has lived in an apartment knows, however I never had any issues with any neighbors being noisy or rude, my packages never got stolen throughout my stay and when my AC unit broke down for an extended period of time, management really put forth an effort to get the issue resolved. The maintenance crew on site was very polite and efficient and the amenities were always available and clean. I had an issue with parking once which lead to one of my vehicles being towed and that is the only reason why I do not give five stars. All and all however I would recommend Manor to anyone thinking about moving in, great location to live in and yet very private.

Excellent. I highly recomend that place the staff is very professionally, specially Kellyann, she goes above and beyond.

I just want to say thank you to the staff but most of all to the property manager Suzanne. She has been there to answer my needs and always with a smile. The property is is prestine conditions and always maintained. I always recommend this property to family and friends not only because of the well priced rent and maintained property but because of the property manager and the serene atmosphere she has been able to instill in the middle of busy Doral.

Very happy to have found a nice place to live, they go the extra mile to make sure everything is always clean and the service is very quick and efficient.

I absolutely love my apartment! The spacious layout, modern amenities, and friendly neighborhood creates a perfect living environment. The management team is responsive and ensures a comfortable living experience. Highly recommend!

The Manor is an incredible place to live. The building is maintained beautifully and the customer service is superior. Best place to live in Doral.

This is one of the nastiest places in Doral dirty smells in hall ways dogs do pop in hallways no one picks it up awful place rent should be 1600 bucks here
