I really like the apartments

I've been living at The Manor at City Place for seven months now, and I absolutely love it. The property is beautiful, with excellent amenities—including a great gym, a well-maintained pool, inviting social areas, and a convenient business center. The location in Doral couldn’t be better. Cheri Fine in the office is truly exceptional—always going the extra mile to assist with incredible patience and a warm smile. She is a pleasure to work with, consistently professional and helpful. SHE IS THE VERY BEST!
Also, I believe his name is Miguel from maintenance, HE IS AMAZING! Also very pleasant to deal with and quick to come to help when needed.
My only concern is the security in the garage, as my car and others have been broken into. I really hope this improves. Aside from that, I couldn’t be happier living here!

The manor at city place has had 2 car thefts in less than a year. Although it is their policy that they cannot gurantee safety of property, the building has done nothing to assure us there are measures they're taking like increased security or at the very least installing security cameras in the parking garage (which they charge an additional $120-$150 for additional vehicles to be able to park there). We have been promised security cameras for months and ultimately seems like they gave up on that project because they "can't get internet access in the garage to be able to install recording devices". Its giving negligence. When the incident happened, staff did nothing to help or support. They just said there was nothing they could do without so much as reporting or taking note of the theft. I had to personally call the manager and even then had to ask , at the very least, if they could pause additional parking fee without possibly losing our spot. Management needs serious customer service training.

Leslie was beyond phenomenal walking us through the process. She was knowledgeable about every step of leasing, and the financial aspect of renting with Manor at City Place. It’s so important to have someone like her on your team that is the first impression of the business.  We can’t wait to be one of those residents in the near future.

I don't usually do this but I feel very indignant with this condominium. A year ago I made an application which I didn't finish because I had already gotten it somewhere else and they never refunded the money for the admin fee. I felt scammed. I sent several emails and never received a response. I would recommend this unit

Leslie did an amazing job at helping us find our next place to live. We are so happy with the process, she made it fast and easy for us to apply and know what we needed to have done in order to move in, in record time. Thank you once again Leslie and the rest of the staff at The Manor.
