I lived here for a year, and honestly, I do not recommend anyone to live here for the following reasons: - The pipes are old, they emit a bad odor, and make a terrible noise at night.
- My vehicle was towed twice due to a supposed platform error, and I had to pay both times to get it back.
- Trash is everywhere; they don’t clean the common areas.
- The gym is not functional, and the equipment is broken.
- I returned the apartment super clean, and I took photos and videos as proof.
- I was supposed to vacate the apartment on January 31st, but I moved out on January 28th with the promise that my deposit would be returned in 15 days. I have gone twice in person, I call twice a day, and they give me no response.
PLEASE, DO NOT MOVE HERE. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I have loved this place for a long time. I actually lived here back in the 80s with my sister. So, when I was in need of finding a place to live, I immediately thought of Windsor Castle Luxury Apartments.  And I'm home again. They have remodeled the townhouses, and they are amazing. They offer more amenities than we had in the past. The office staff are all very friendly, and they make sure your needs and concerns are taken care of. It's a great place to live. And it's pet friendly. There are many models to choose from too. It offers a beautiful pool, and of course a gym. I would highly recommend you come and see for yourself.

JUST RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. 1. Rude Management. Before I signed a lease with Windsor, most of the management team was always so polite when I came in for anything. After I signed the lease and moved in it seems like a few of them are very rude with every interaction. Especially if you're not Spanish speaking. It has gotten so bad that I don't even like going to the office to get an air filter. So this has made it hard for me to even want to bring a concern to their attention.
2. Thin walls. The walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbor's entire conversations word for word. And most of the time they are speaking in normal tones. It also doesn't help that I moved in between 2 neighbors that have very loud dogs. Both would never walk their dogs and would leave them out on the balcony to urinate/defecate on the floor. So that made it difficult for me to enjoy sitting on my balcony due to the strong odors. Luckily, one of the neighbors moved out but I am still dealing with the other one. I am woken up almost every day to the sound of her shouting at her dogs to "shut up" as they are on the balcony barking to be let back in the unit. Most days I don't even go to sleep in my bedroom but rather opt to stay and sleep on my couch because I don't want to hear the shouting but the I still get woken up by the dogs.
3. Poor Plumbing. My kitchen sink is constantly making these gurgling sounds and produces this odor the comes up from the pipes or garbage disposal. I just did not bother with putting in a work order because work orders take entirely way too long to be completed by Maintenance. I once put in a work order for my balcony to be cleaned (still had all the old appliances stored there when I moved in) and for a bathroom tub to be fixed. I waited so long for the tub to be fixed that I ended up fixing the issue myself and canceling the work order. As far as the balcony, I must have visited the office over 5 times for this particular issue alone. This should have been done before I moved in. I brought my concern to Management and the response I received was pretty sad. You all pretty much told me to deal with it. Didn't even bother to come and take a look at the washer/dryer units to see my point of view. No one would have ever wash their clothes in those nasty machines and even the Maintenance worker agreed with me.
4. Gate access and Parking. I have lived here for almost a year and still have not received a decal to be able to access the gate like most other residents. I still have to put in the numeric code like a visitor. I was told before I moved in I would get a decal.  When I used to inquire about the decal I would get push back from Gloria to be patient and that it was coming, etc. It is now March, 12 months later and still no decal. I know parking is extremely limited. This new system of having to register your guests into this online system is understandable but questionable at times. I once had a guest come to visit me. I registered her car into the system correctly. A few hours later her car was gone. Come to find out the tow company that the complex is contracted with towed her car because her registration expired the month prior. The DMV allows you at least a month after for your registration to be renewed and still valid. This shouldn't have been the tow company's concern. They should have only been concerned about whether is was registered in the system or not. Because she was my guest and had gotten towed at my residence, I felt obligated to pay the $200 to get her car back. Of course, Management told me they couldn't assist me with this and that this was between me and the tow company. I swallowed the embarrassment and the expense and left it alone.
I hope this helps someone else.
Update:
5. I have now waited for over 2 months for my security deposit to be returned to me. In regards to security deposits, the Florida statute requires a landlord to return a tenant's deposit within 15 days after they move out. In addition, the landlord must also include any interest accrued.

Just like everyone else with the one star, I wouldn't leave any if I could. My husband and I we lived there for two years. We moved out 4.30. 2024. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This community is no luxury, actually there is nothing luxurious about this place. Staff is very unhelpful, they don't care about you as a resident at all. You need to find the way how to talk to them if you need them to take care of problem or fix anything. The place is unkempt, noise level? WOW! They let in just anyone to live there. You smell
"the stuff " everywhere. Simply horrible.
We moved in to dirty, not ready town house. When I complained, the manager asked me if I want to cancel the lease and go somewhere else? Unfortunately we had no choice and had to move in. We had to wait until evening so they can clean up and finish. And still we had no water in the kitchen for entire week.
Anyway, moving out we cleaned up so well that they could move another tenant immediately. I really was sure we are getting our deposit back, just like we did from all other communities we leaved in before. This is the only company I know that charges you for everything. They are so greedy. I'm only sorry I didn't take photos before we left. And couldn't be there for their walk through. I have tried to write them email probably 4 times. There is no correct email anywhere to be found ... I am going to attach pictures of the charges. I seriously could go on and on about everything what is wrong with this place... Do Not trust them, find another place!

UPDATE
After I posted my review in July,  I was contacted by manager by email. The manager informed me that they are willing to work with me and refund another amount? But… “could you please remove your review please?” I agreed and removed my review. It is now end of September. No extra refund and no answer to my emails.
