Windsor House Apartments

I have been there for around 3 years, unfortunately my family arrived from Cuba and I also got pregnant and without further ado they told me that they couldn't renew my contract because there were many people when I always asked if there was anything available for them and there never was and I did see that the apartment was empty if anything else, they gave me 2 months to go out with a 13-month-old baby, almost without working, myself and my mother, an elderly lady, that God gave her the opportunity to be in this country to help with my baby, who therefore does not work and My 13-year-old niece who is studying told the manager that if they were going to have to renew me and she told me no, they were already waiting for my 2-bedroom apartment.

Spacious and relatively cheap apartments. Very calm

Please do maintenance on the laundry or close it...any damaged equipment...

Why did I leave a star you may find yourself asking. If you could give me your time and patience i would be glad to tell you why. All I see is the residents complaining and not for anything that seem small, broken water pumps for the pool, broken washers at the laundry room,plumping works and the bbq stand where we would cook out bbq and enjoy either it be night or day. None of it is being fixed none of it is getting the attention that it deserves for the prices and the rent we genuinely pay. Each year the rent would go up and its normal. But if you’re gonna include things that you’re not gonna put work into and get it done IMMEDIATELY. Then we don’t need that sort of management in this apartment. A person who’s never at the office never put their mind on the countless calls that the folks dialed up for. And I could support it by the videos I will be editing from 29 of March till whenevers a present day. If you’re reading this and you know who you are. Step up your game or don’t bother managing the place. Goodnight.

This condo does not deserve a single star because to begin with it is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my entire life starting with that dirty LAUNDRY and those old machines that do not work. It is unfair to pay a high rent that goes up every year and have to go wash outside. The tenants, some with dogs and cats doing their business everywhere, tremendous relaxation with the parking spaces, the pool area as filthy as you can see, those chairs are disgusting and the edge of the pool is dirty with scabs, the managers of the place are two ladies who are almost never there and don't care about one house or another. The surroundings are dirty and many rowdy tenants who think they are still in Cuba.
Furthermore, they do not respect their music and their drinking in the hallway.
They don't paint that building, the cats sleeping under the stairs and endless complaints, which is terrible.
If they don't take action I will be forced to call Tele Mundo, respond and we will see what will happen.

I've been trying to contact someone in the office for a month and there's never anyone, I've tried several times and nothing, I've lost count of how many times I've called on the phone and left messages from you and my call has never been returned! !!! Please let me know if there is anyone REAL who works in the office?

My opinion is that in summer the pool hours are unfair, I will change my rating when the issue is discussed, thank you

I would love to give it 5 stars and I don't give it because of a detail, the condominium has a swimming pool which only keeps its doors open until 7 at night, not allowing the enjoyment of it since an average person works from Monday to Friday and in many cases on Saturdays arriving at the house after 5 in the afternoon without leaving time for the enjoyment of many in this summer. This is not just an opinion, it is the opinion of almost all the tenants of the place. Without further ado, just ask you to analyze the situation taking into account that until after 8 at night you can still enjoy the sun. Thank you very much in advance.
