MiLine Miami Apartments

WARNING - we chose MiLine because the units looked new, they’re pet friendly, and for the amenities: gym and pool/ hot tub. However, the negatives Definitely outweigh the positives! Whenever ordering packages, it’s a nightmare sifting through their extremely unorganized package room..
Forget about ordering takeout since drivers can’t enter the building and always get confused in where to meet outside.
We moved into the south building, which has no walkable entrance or exit. We were assured they would put a call box but after 14 months, we’re moving out and still Nothing!
The hallways are cement and sound carries.. we are dog-lovers but some units have small dogs that bark through the night and the sound carries as if they were in our apartment. We reported to management and they did Nothing.
When our lease was approaching, we tested positive for Covid and my mom was going through a double mastectomy as she was recent diagnosed with breast cancer. We asked for a short extension. The manager, Janet, said call me and never did. We were then charged the 1,000 late fee for passing the lease date, And charged the month-to-month rate for the 3 extra weeks we were there. I kept calling and emailing.. leaving work early to catch her in the office.. Not 1 call back.. when I finally caught her in the office, she simply said if they make any accommodation for us, they would have to do it for everyone. So the answer was we are stuck with the fee, and the astronomical month-to-month rate for those 3 extra weeks. So you could do absolutely nothing to accommodate after proving all of these circumstances? Even though we spoke with you before the lease ended and I’ve been leaving work early because it’s impossible to reach you and you won’t return my phone call even after leaving physical letters on your desk with my phone number??  Yes, we can’t do anything for you. We’ll keep your deposit.. good bye. Absolutely ridiculous the level of incompetence and disrespect. Moving here was a huge mistake.
If you are thinking of moving into MiLine, Don’t!

My mom could have DIED living at the building. Called Fire rescue for help when my mom slipped and fell in the bathroom and it took 20 minutes for them to get to our unit. Why? Because no one can enter the South Tower building without going through the North Tower and across the parking garage. Insane! When we moved in to the South Tower (the back one furthest from bird road), we were assured a call box was going to be installed at the rear door. 14 months after moving here, you still cannot enter this building easily - even in the event of an emergency. So ridiculous and dangerous. Forget Instacart or Uber eats to your door - you can’t even get an Amazon package without going into the dungeon of a package room that is so bad, we started shipping stuff to a local UPS store instead. But like at least figure out a reasonable emergency protocol - unbelievable this just is how it is. Not ok.
On top of this, the experience living there was a nightmare because building management is a joke. Dogs barking constantly, urinating and pooping in the halls, parking garage, and elevators. People smoking cigarettes and weed throughout the building blatantly even though everyone signs an agreement forbidding this. All management does is send emails like “please remember to follow the rules” and no one does! The parking garage is total madness - I think it was designed by someone with no concept of actual use. So many cars are all banged up cause turns are so narrow. It is chaos.
Once we moved out, the manager Jessica literally dodged us left and right. It was almost comical. I’m just glad we got out of there and into a building where you can actually use services like Instacart and Uber eats. And Amazon even leaves your packages at your door. Imagine that.
If you’re considering leasing here, don’t be fooled by the pretty pool and pathetic hot tub (which looks great but doesn’t get hot). It’s a just a warmish mini pool - so lame. I came on here to speak the truth so people don’t make the same mistake we did. RUN AWAY!

service matters are always addressed quickly and efficiently. Simply the BEST every time. It’s a pleasure to live in a community that is so well managed.

Moving in and I have to say, the leasing staff and maintenance have been exceptional.  I am very excited to be part of this community.  The building aesthetic and amenities are top notch and the units are spectacular.  Very happy with the decision to move to MiLine.

Lis at the front office of Miline Apartments truly deserves a glowing five-star review. From the moment I approached her with inquiries and assistance, her kindness and helpful demeanor stood out. Lis not only demonstrated a deep understanding of her role but went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. Her exceptional attitude and commitment to providing top-notch service were evident in every interaction. Lis handled my requests with efficiency and a genuine eagerness to assist, making the overall experience incredibly positive. It's refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated to resident satisfaction.

I wholeheartedly appreciate her efforts and can confidently say that she significantly contributes to the positive living experience at Miline. Five stars are well-deserved for Lis, and I am grateful for her outstanding assistance!

The Assisant property manager Mrs.Lis Cires was amazing at showing & getting us sorted with our unit , her Customer service was top notch . Amazing building was very clean & they have really nice amenities .

I am very happy since they built them, I always wanted to live here, I have rented for a year, now I made a transfer, everything is excellent, prioritizing with Miss Lis, an excellent salesperson, a super friendly host, my perfect rating, the same with the entire maintenance department, a bit in Disapointed by the cleaning staff but nothing the rest of the staff excellent mainly Miss Lis I asked for a transfer to the thownhouse she was excellent at all times she explained to me she taught me everything really very good

Lis from the leasing office was extremely helpful throughout the whole moving process. She is super responsive and follows up with me in a timely manner.
