Julian, the assistant building manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with during my move-in process. From day one, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful, making what could have been a stressful experience smooth and seamless. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions, ensure everything was in order, and made me feel right at home. His dedication and friendly attitude truly made a difference. He took the time to show us multiple apartments, answering all our questions with confidence and care. TERRIBLE Experience – Still Waiting for Our Deposit! I would never recommend MiLine to anyone. It has been three months since we moved out, and we still haven’t received our security deposit back. We have gone to the office multiple times, and they keep sending us documents with the wrong name, making it impossible to deposit the check.
This is beyond frustrating. We have been patient and have followed up repeatedly, but they continue to make careless mistakes that delay our refund. It’s completely unprofessional and shows a total lack of responsibility. If you’re thinking of moving here, be warned: they will take your money and make you jump through hoops to get it back!
Avoid this place unless you want to deal with unnecessary stress and incompetence.

I wanted to acknowledge Carlos and Enrique from the maintenance management team. They are always very responsive and attentive. With our last experience, Enrique stayed in touch with us every step of the way and got our issue resolved in a timely manner. Carlos also was the one that got the process initiated for us and fought to get the issue resolved! Thank you both and keep up the great work!
