Old building, pipes and sewers need to be replaced. The HOA president steals money whenever possible. The $ reserve was stolen. All repairs are done at super high prices and at the expense of assessment.

Total ripoff! Worst canal in state! Total sewer...pool bad shape, association will not pay their bills! Building dated and run down. Slow drains, needs concrete resto bad! Needs new president immediately. Woman knows nothing about management!
