Went to see a condo and the unit was very nice with great views but the hallway from elevator to condo was very dingy and smelly. Wonder why they wound not update it.

Almost purchased a condo here. The unit was beautiful, beautiful views - especially from the roof top! During inspection we were made aware of some pretty serious discrepencies within the HOA and/or property management company by a current resident (just in time!).
Truly disheartening because we really thought this would be our florida home. Hopefully the HOA/property management company can figure things out so future potential buyers can feel confident they are making a good purchase.
