This is one of the best and most luxurious places you would ever want to find in downtown Miami if you're ever in Miami and have an opportunity to see the inside of these luxurious Condominiums you will be in awe 🤩😍👍

I really believe that the bad comments are actually from any of the other three "Paraiso" buildings. It is undoubtedly confusing that the 4 buildings have the same name and people apparently do not know which one is which on Google Maps. The building is a great community, the management team is within it and they are very good in addition to all the rest of the staff who are excellent.
Of course, there are problems like in any large building but so far in two years I have never had any serious problems and the minor issues were addressed by management.
There are some minor details but now that some amenities are being repaired (after problems with the original construction) I recommend Paraiso Bayviews even more.

I have a catering company and do Dinners for clients in many Condominium Buildings all along Downtown Miami and Brickel  Avenue. In all the years I have been in business, I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional staff! I was denied a cart to bring my things up to the resident, The cart was actually rudely pulled out of my hands just before I was able to put some thing in it. The valet supervisor said it's for groceries. I explained that groceries was what I had. They made me move my van yo the side door , no problem. as I continued unloading a women from the front desk said I had to park down the street and carry my things to the side door. Really? Is this the personnel that represents you and your residents? I will never take a job there again and I will advice my business colleges to do the same.
